The Portland Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, The Order of Benevolent Bliss, is a fully professed house of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. As a public charitable organization, we are dedicated to the support, education, and development of the LGBTQQIP2SAA+ communities.
