Do you have a go bag ready in case you need to leave in a hurry? Go bags are easy to carry survival kits that contain everything you’ll need to get by for a few days in the event of emergencies and evacuations.

Whether you’re brand new to the idea of go bags or have been putting off assembling one for months, join The Sisters and our friends at MakeWith, and let us help you get prepared!

During our time together, participants will establish their personal preparedness strategy, explore different go bag scenarios, learn what to include in your go bag and where to source supplies.

All participants will receive a mini go bag starter kit and custom checklists to help you complete the process of assembling your go bag after the workshop has ended.

This free workshop is sponsored and co-hosted by the Portland Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence – Order of Benevolent Bliss. All are welcome, though priority is given to members of the LGBTQIA2+ community.

The workshop will take place from 2-4pm. Between 4-5pm the Sisters will hold space to socialize and connect with community.

Preparedness supply door prizes and light refreshments will be provided!
